Connector-Tech ALS has released its catalogue of high current connectors. The company has good stock of products for AC as well as DC, with current ratings up to 800 amps.
The catalogue includes Phase3 Powersafe (or Veam Powerlock) connectors for 3 phase applications up to 800 amps. These connectors are suitable for portable 3 phase generators and waterproof to IP67.
For applications up to 700 amps 1000 VAC or 1500 VDC, the company has Marechal connectors. Also waterproof to IP67, these connectors incorporate an inbuilt switching mechanism to allow disconnection under load.
Other highlights of the catalogue include military style connectors Mil-C-5015 and VG95234 for applications up to 150 amps and up to 163 contacts and CEEform by ABL SurSum for single- or multi-phase applications up to 125 amps.
The catalogue also includes Anderson Power Products, Anderson Airmotive and ILME Heavy Duty Rectangular products.
